RYNOVA DEV
Terms & Conditions
These terms explain how our website design, hosting, management and local SEO services work.
1. Our Service
Rynova provides website design, hosting, website management, maintenance and local SEO services to businesses.
The exact services provided depend on the plan selected by the client or any alternative arrangement agreed in writing.
2. Three-Month Free Trial
New clients may receive an initial three-month free trial of the Rynova website service. There is no upfront web design fee during the trial.
The client is responsible for the cost of their domain name and any additional third-party services specifically agreed in advance.
At the end of the three-month trial, the client may choose whether to continue using Rynova by selecting a paid plan and setting up the required monthly payment.
The client has 14 days from the end of the trial to arrange their paid service. There is no obligation to continue.
If a paid plan is not arranged within this period, Rynova may take the website offline and stop providing hosting, maintenance, SEO and other related services.
3. Paid Plans
Our £95 per month plan includes the website, hosting, maintenance and local SEO focused on the client's main city or operating area, including up to five SEO-focused pages.
Our £125 per month plan includes the website, hosting, maintenance and expanded local SEO covering the client's main city and up to five surrounding cities or areas, with up to 50 SEO-focused pages in total.
The number of pages represents the maximum included within the relevant plan. Pages will be created where they are appropriate to the client's genuine services and operating areas.
Plan features and pricing shown on our website apply unless another arrangement has been agreed with the client in writing.
4. Website Updates
Paid plans include reasonable updates to existing website content, including text and gallery images.
Significant redesigns, new functionality, additional systems or work outside the scope of the existing website are not included as routine updates and may be quoted separately before any additional work begins.
5. Website & Source Code Ownership
The client retains ownership of their domain name, business branding, photographs, business information and other original content supplied by them.
Rynova retains ownership of the website source code, templates, components, design systems and other development materials created or supplied by Rynova.
The Rynova service gives the client the right to use the website while their service remains active. Payment for the service does not constitute the purchase or transfer of the website's source code or Rynova's development materials.
If the service ends, the client's domain and client-owned materials remain theirs. The client is free to use their domain with another provider.
Rynova's source code, templates, components and other development materials are not transferred to the client or another provider when the service ends unless Rynova separately agrees to this in writing.
If the client moves to another provider, that provider will therefore need to provide or build their own website.
6. SEO & Search Engines
Rynova may create, submit and optimise pages intended to improve the website's visibility for relevant services and locations.
Search engines are operated by independent third parties. Rynova cannot guarantee that a page will be indexed or achieve a particular position in search results.
Rynova does not guarantee specific rankings, levels of website traffic, enquiries, customers, sales or revenue as a result of SEO work.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring that information, images, branding and other materials they provide are accurate and that they have the necessary rights or permission to use them.
Clients should notify Rynova when important business information displayed on their website changes.
The client is also responsible for ensuring that the services, claims, prices and other business information they ask Rynova to publish are accurate and lawful.
8. Payments
After the free trial, paid services are provided on a rolling monthly basis at the price of the client's selected plan.
Monthly payments are payable in advance for the upcoming month of service.
There is no minimum contract period after the free trial unless a different arrangement has specifically been agreed in writing.
If a payment is not received when due, Rynova may suspend the website, hosting, maintenance, SEO and other services until payment is brought up to date.
9. Cancellation & Ending the Service
After the free trial, the service operates on a rolling monthly basis. The client may cancel their service at any time and is not required to continue paying for future months after their current paid service period ends.
Rynova may also end the service by informing the client. Where appropriate, Rynova will aim to provide reasonable notice unless immediate suspension or termination is necessary because of non-payment, unlawful use, misuse of the service or another serious issue.
When the service ends, Rynova will stop providing the website, hosting, maintenance, SEO and other services included in the client's plan. The Rynova-hosted website may then be taken offline.
The client's domain name and client-owned content remain theirs. They are free to connect their domain to a website supplied by another provider.
Ending the service does not transfer ownership of Rynova's source code, templates, components or development materials.
10. Domains & Third-Party Services
Where possible, domain names should be registered in the client's ownership or under an account controlled by the client. Rynova may assist with connecting the domain to the website.
The client is responsible for domain registration and renewal costs unless otherwise agreed.
Websites may rely on third-party services such as hosting providers, domain registrars, email providers, search engines and other external platforms. These services are subject to their own availability and terms.
11. Website Availability & Liability
Rynova will take reasonable care in providing and maintaining its services but cannot guarantee that a website will always be available without interruption or error.
Websites rely on third-party systems and services that may occasionally experience outages, technical problems, changes or interruptions outside Rynova's reasonable control.
To the extent permitted by law, Rynova is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of opportunities or losses caused by third-party services outside Rynova's reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
12. Changes to the Service or These Terms
Rynova may update its services, plans, prices or these terms from time to time.
Existing clients will be informed of material changes that directly affect their paid service before those changes take effect where reasonably practicable.
Changes to these terms will not remove rights or obligations that have already arisen unless agreed with the client or required by law.
